Board Member – Chris Motto, M.D.

Board Member – Thomas Enyart, DO, FACOOG
Thomas Enyart, DO, FACOOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist trained in traditional and minimally invasive surgery. A recognized leader in his field, Dr. Enyart is a vigorous proponent of continuing medical education and has previously chaired the Florida Hospital Altamonte OB/GYN Department. Dr. Enyart’s real caring and compassion are combined with education an experience to provide the best in women’s health.
Secretary – Brent Hoffpauir
To VHI, Brent brings a lifelong commitment to serving others through church and community organizations, both locally and globally. Brent discovered a real need for community health on a mission trip to Haiti. He has 25 years of experience in the waste water industry helping local communities with sanitation issues as well as being a 25-year volunteer with local law enforcement providing necessary assistance within local children’s homes serving kids in need. Brent is committed to helping gather resources to assist and educate others with expressed needs, both at home and abroad.
Board Member – Rebecca Hoffpauir, PhD, RN
Rebecca Hoffpauir, PhD, RN joined the board of Village Health International in 2019. Rebecca has a diverse background in administration, healthcare education leadership, and academic curriculum development. Dr. Hoffpauir is a registered nurse and earned a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Nursing Education from Capella University. Her experience includes formal leadership roles in clinical and academic settings. She currently serves as Associate Professor for doctoral nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University and leads global academic teams engaging in transcultural learning abroad. Dr. Hoffpauir has published research related to academic integrity. Ongoing research projects relate to multi-cultural learning and a multi-phase study on academic integrity in nursing.
Board Member, Treasurer – Talena Addison Howard
Talena comes to Village Health International with leadership experience in a large non-profit organization. She has experience in recruiting, building and leading volunteer teams; building corporate culture through teaching, equipping volunteers and staff; and strategic planning and implementation. Talena obtained a B.S. in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is the co-owner and COO of a staffing company started in 2015.
